Event Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March 12, 2026
These Event Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your registration for, attendance at, and participation in Embedify 2026, Embedify Connect, and any related events, experiences, content, or digital platforms (collectively, the “Event”), operated by Podcast609, LLC - The Leaders in Payments Podcast (“Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering for, attending, participating in, sponsoring, speaking at, exhibiting at, or otherwise accessing the Event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Registration and Admission
All registrations are subject to review and approval by Organizer. We reserve the right to accept, decline, revoke, or cancel any registration or admission at our sole discretion and at any time.
If the Event is application-based, invitation-only, or capacity-limited, submitting a registration or application does not guarantee acceptance or admission.
We may establish different registration categories, ticket types, pricing levels, and eligibility requirements.
2. Ticket Purchases, Payments, and Transfers
If registration requires payment, all fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All ticket sales and registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Organizer or required by law.
Registrations may not be transferred, shared, or resold without Organizer’s prior written approval. Organizer may allow substitutions on a case-by-case basis if requested in writing before the applicable deadline.
We reserve the right to cancel duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious registrations.
3. Event Changes
Organizer reserves the right to change any part of the Event at any time, including the date, venue, agenda, schedule, speakers, sponsors, session topics, format, seating, and attendee experience.
Published agendas, speaker lineups, session topics, and sponsor lists are subject to change without notice.
4. Cancellation, Postponement, and Force Majeure
Organizer may cancel, postpone, shorten, or reschedule the Event for any reason beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disaster, public health events, labor disputes, venue issues, travel disruptions, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power outages, or other circumstances that make the Event impractical, illegal, or impossible to hold.
If Organizer cancels the Event entirely and does not reschedule it, Organizer’s sole obligation, if any, will be limited to a refund of the registration fee actually paid to Organizer for the Event.
Organizer is not responsible for any other costs or losses, including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, loss of business, or other out-of-pocket expenses.
5. Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and lawfully at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, unwanted solicitation, excessive intoxication, unsafe conduct, or any behavior that interferes with the Event or the experience of others will not be tolerated.
Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event without refund if, in Organizer’s judgment, that person’s behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Event.
6. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Event is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including travel-related risks, illness, injury, theft, or property damage.
By attending, you assume all risks related to your participation and are responsible for your own health, safety, and personal property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer disclaims liability for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage arising from or related to your attendance at or travel to or from the Event, except to the extent caused by Organizer’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Personal Property
You are solely responsible for your personal belongings, equipment, promotional items, and other property brought to the Event. Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8. Photography, Video, and Media Release
The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, or otherwise captured by Organizer or its representatives.
By attending the Event, you grant Organizer and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, licensees, and media representatives the right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, livestreams, and other media for promotional, editorial, archival, commercial, and business purposes in any format now known or later developed, without further notice, consent, or compensation.
9. Participant Recording and Content Use
Unless expressly permitted by Organizer, you may not record, reproduce, distribute, livestream, screenshot, photograph, or commercially use Event sessions, materials, attendee information, or other proprietary Event content.
Organizer may designate certain sessions or areas where attendee recording or photography is prohibited.
10. Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Third Parties
The Event may include sponsors, exhibitors, service providers, and other third-party participants. Organizer is not responsible for the content, products, services, offers, or representations of any third party.
Any interactions, transactions, or communications you have with sponsors, exhibitors, or other third parties are solely between you and that party.
11. Sharing of Registration Information
By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that Organizer may collect information such as your name, title, company, email address, phone number, industry, and participation details.
Organizer may share your information with Event service providers and, where disclosed in the registration process or otherwise permitted by law, with Event sponsors, partners, or exhibitors for operational, networking, promotional, and follow-up purposes.
Any personal information collected by third parties will be governed by their own privacy policies and practices.
12. Embedify Connect and Digital Access
If your registration includes access to Embedify Connect or any related digital platform, content hub, recordings library, or post-event materials, that access is personal to the registered participant unless otherwise expressly permitted.
Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue digital access features at any time. Access may be revoked for misuse, credential sharing, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All Event content, materials, branding, graphics, names, logos, recordings, website content, and related intellectual property are owned by Organizer or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Except for personal, non-commercial use, no part of the Event or its materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, modified, or exploited without Organizer’s prior written consent.

You should consult your own advisors before relying on any information presented at the Event.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, venue partners, sponsors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Event or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer’s total liability arising out of or related to the Event or these Terms will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Organizer for the applicable registration.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Organizer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, sponsors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your attendance, participation, conduct, negligence, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
