Keri Gohman is a CEO and board director known for driving growth and transformation at the intersection of technology and business. She currently serves as CEO of PatientNow, where she’s helping power innovation in the medical aesthetics and wellness market through an AI driven aesthetic intelligence operating platform that brings together practice management, payments, and AI decision layer.

Keri has spent her career scaling companies across AI, SaaS, fintech, and digital platforms in both private and public environments. Prior to PatientNow, she was CEO of CARET and a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures, investing in and advising high-growth SaaS and fintech companies. She also helped scale Xero global accounting software during a period of rapid growth and previously led Capital One’s small business bank, driving digital transformation and launching products like Spark Business and Spark Pay to help modernize and simplify banking. Earlier career roles included executive roles at Intuit & GE Financial Services.

Keri is the incoming Board Chair of Make-A-Wish America and has held numerous board roles across public and private companies. She currently serves on the boards of BILL Holdings and PracticeTek, and is also an active angel investor and mentor. Based in Colorado, she enjoys the outdoors including hiking, mountain biking, and skiing with her husband and three children.
