Lizzie Hartley is a partner at TTV Capital, where she focuses on sourcing and deal flow, in addition to her portfolio and board responsibilities.

Prior to joining TTV, Lizzie was senior vice president at Citi Ventures, the corporate strategic investment arm of Citibank, where she was part of the team that launched and led the development of Citi Ventures’ digital asset strategy. Additionally, Lizzie helped lead investments in fintech and supported portfolio companies through a strategic partnership with Citi. Her professional experience also includes time in financial services across the utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Lizzie is a highly regarded speaker at fintech industry events. She has spoken at Money 20/20, Fintech Meetup, Finovate Spring, Fintech Retreat, Fintech South, MX Summit, VC Unleashed, and Techstars Foundercon, among others.

Lizzie earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies and Economics from Dartmouth College.
