Andrea Kando is Head of Payments at EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform providing vertically tailored, integrated SaaS solutions to more than 745,000 service-based businesses globally. She joined EverCommerce in March 2026 and leads its payments business, which processes more than $13 billion in annual payment volume across a portfolio of proprietary and partner SaaS solutions. In this role, Kando oversees payments product and integrations, go-to-market strategy, operations, and data and analytics.

Prior to EverCommerce, Kando served as Chief Payments and Strategy Officer at TouchBistro, an all-in-one restaurant management platform serving more than 16,000 customers across 100+ countries. There, she led payments and strategic initiatives across TouchBistro’s suite of cloud-based solutions spanning front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest engagement.

Previously, Kando was Executive Vice President and Head of Product, Marketing, and Communications at Paya, now part of Nuvei, an integrated payments provider. Earlier in her career, she spent 14 years at First Data Corporation, now Fiserv, where she held a series of leadership roles across the company’s merchant acquiring, issuing, and network solutions businesses, most recently serving as Vice President of Commercialization and Client Experience.

Throughout her career, Kando has been passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of technology and payments leaders. She has supported and served with organizations focused on advancing women in the industry, including Women in Technology and PayTech Women.
